You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that impairs the operation, security, or integrity of the Christodel Store platform.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery contact information.

Notice: Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. Orders remain subject to stock availability and operational confirmation.

We take great care to display product descriptions, formulations, volumes, and genuine photographs accurately. All items sold on Christodel Store are 100% authentic and sourced directly from reputable manufacturers and authorized distributors.

Order Confirmation Flow: Placing an order registers your request in our system. You then connect with our fulfillment desk on WhatsApp where delivery costs and logistics arrangements are verified before payment.

Store Pick Up Option: Customers may choose to collect their orders in person from our Lagos store (No. 14 Fajumobi Street, Opposite Almeerath Schools, Off Ponle Street, Via Ponle Or Miccom Bus Stop, Akowonjo-Egbeda Lagos, Nigeria). Store collection is free of delivery fees. When selecting Store Pick Up, address filling is exempt.

Mandatory Delivery Address: For all doorstep deliveries, customer address filling is strictly mandatory. Customers must provide a complete, accurate physical street address, city, and state to ensure delivery.

Payment On Delivery (Lagos Only): Payment On Delivery (POD) is strictly available within Lagos State. All orders dispatched outside Lagos are fulfilled via commercial transport and interstate motor park operators that require full payment confirmation prior to dispatch.

Outside Lagos Interstate Pickup: Orders shipped outside Lagos are generally dispatched via approved interstate commercial transport or logistics companies for collection at the carrier's designated terminal, office, station, or park in your destination city. Door-to-door delivery outside Lagos is not automatically included.
