Christodel Store offers free delivery on qualifying customer orders with a product subtotal of ₦100,000 or more. Please review the qualifying requirements and logistical conditions below.
Terminal Pickup Notice for Interstate Orders
For qualifying orders shipped outside Lagos State, the Free Delivery promotion covers shipping via approved commercial transport and logistics companies to their designated park, station, or terminal pickup location in your destination city. Free delivery must NOT automatically be interpreted as free door-to-door courier service anywhere in Nigeria.
1. Order Subtotal Eligibility
Minimum order value requirements
The Free Delivery offer applies solely to single orders with a qualifying product subtotal of ₦100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) or greater.
The subtotal is calculated based on the net value of items after any discount or promotional coupon codes have been applied. If a coupon reduces the item total below ₦100,000, standard delivery fees will apply.
2. Geographic Coverage & Logistics Limits
Destination, weight, and route considerations
Free delivery eligibility is subject to the following operational factors:
- Delivery Destination: Must be within standard courier or motor park transport operational coverage across Nigeria.
- Package Weight & Bulk: Orders exceeding standard retail parcel limits or containing high-volume wholesale shipments may be subject to subsidized delivery rates rather than complete fee waiver.
- Remote & Difficult-to-Reach Areas: Where specialized air cargo, boat crossing, or secondary local transit is necessary, Christodel will cover the primary leg and discuss any excess local handling with the customer.
3. Christodel Store Reservation of Rights
Administrative verification and adjustments
Christodel Store reserves the express right to:
- Confirm and verify order eligibility prior to final processing and dispatch.
- Adjust or recommend alternative transport arrangements based on destination safety, courier availability, or weather conditions.
- Modify, pause, or update promotional free delivery thresholds at any time without prior individual notice.
- Communicate any special logistics requirements transparently with the customer on WhatsApp before payment is received.
